2. How QuizAP App Works

2.1. QuizAP provides a platform for engaging with selected market research surveys and tasks designed by us or our trusted partners.
2.2. The app connects you to a network of businesses and marketplaces seeking participants for surveys and tasks, creating a bridge between them and you.
2.3. Upon registering, you’ll create a user account where your personal information, referred to as „qualifications,“ is stored. These details help us connect you with relevant surveys and tasks.
2.4. While we aim to provide you with tailored survey and task opportunities, participation does not guarantee selection. However, it enables access to a variety of options.
2.5. Completing surveys and tasks earns you „Cash,“ our virtual currency. You can track your earnings in real-time and redeem them for cash payouts or partner credits.

3. Getting Started with QuizAP

3.1. Registration is free and open to any adult of legal age.
3.2. You can sign up using your social media accounts, and your agreement with us begins once your registration is approved.
3.3. To maintain fairness, each user is allowed only one account. Violating this rule may result in account suspension.
3.4. In cases of T&C violations, we reserve the right to restrict access or delete accounts. However, you will always have the opportunity to redeem any remaining credits before account termination.

4. Earnings and Rewards

4.1. The „Cash“ you accumulate in your account reflects your potential earnings and can be redeemed when the required thresholds are met.
4.2. Once you reach the minimum redeemable Cash amount, you can claim rewards. It’s important to adhere to the rules governing reward claims and the use of earned Cash.

5. Usage Guidelines

5.1. QuizAP is a bot-free platform. Only genuine and authentic user activity is permitted.
5.2. Sharing offensive, harmful, or illegal content is strictly forbidden, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all users.

6. App Modifications and Maintenance

6.1. While we strive for uninterrupted service, periodic maintenance may temporarily limit access to the app.
6.2. QuizAP reserves the right to make updates or changes, including adjustments to the rewards system or app functionality, to ensure our services remain relevant and beneficial to users.

7. Our Liability

7.1. We are responsible for foreseeable damages but are not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable expectations.
7.2. We will ensure accountability for breaches of significant contractual obligations within the limits of typical contractual terms.

8. Jurisdiction

8.1. For business users, disputes are subject to our local jurisdiction. Consumer agreements follow statutory jurisdiction rules and protections.

9. Online Dispute Resolution

10. General Provisions

10.1. If any section of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain fully enforceable, ensuring our continued collaboration and partnership.
